Can I use an FTP client like FileZilla to access my files?

No, FTP clients such as FileZilla, Transmit or others cannot be used with your file transfer site. Our system isn't based on FTP/SFTP like a lot of other file transfer services. We employ a database-driven file proxy system that creates an additional layer of security for your files. We feel this is a far superior method of storing your files because of the extra protection it provides, but it does negate the ability to use FTP clients.

However, if you have access to a developer they can use our API (application programming interface) to script an automated upload/download to the site. We have a number of customers doing just that. Information can be found in your site under the Developers link.

Due to the enormous number of platform/scripting language combinations, we can't provide any scripting support, but if there appears to be any issues on our end with the API we'll always be glad to take a look and correct any problems.
