Private Branding

Feature availability: Office subscriptions: None; Business subscriptions: Optional; Corporate subscriptions: Included

The Private Branding feature (and sometimes referred to as white-labeling) removes all mention of Tuyu from your site and email notifications, allowing you to display only your organization name and logo. Opting for the Private Branding option will make the following changes to your site:

• Changes your site address (URL) from "[yoursite].tuyu.io" to "[yoursite].filetransfers.net".
• Removes the Tuyu logo from the header of your site.
• Removes the "©[year] Tuyu. All rights reserved." from the footer of your site.
• Removes any mention of Tuyu from all email notifications sent from your site.

Opting in (or out of) Private Branding will not disrupt existing site or file links. Anyone visiting your old URL will automatically be forwarded to the new one — there will be NO interruption to your users and no need to alert them about any changes. Existing file links will also be unaffected.

A Private Branding license can be purchased on either a monthly or annual basis (based on your site subscription). A Lifetime license can also be purchased for a one time fee, giving you private branding for as long as you have a FileGenius subscription. Please visit our pricing page for cost information.

If you wish to purchase a Private Branding license and currently pay by credit card, log into your site as an Admin and go to Control Panel --> Account Management and click on "Purchase Private Branding" under the Private Branding area. Here you can select either a monthly/annual license (based on your current site subscription length) or lifetime license. After making and confirming your choice, your credit card will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the length of time left in your current subscription (for monthly/annual) or for the full amount of a lifetime license.
