Typically the reason someone doesn't receive a notification from your site is because their email system's spam filter is blocking it. Even if they don't find it in their spam/jumk folder, their company's system could still be stopping it at the server level. What they need to do is go to their IT personnel and request they "whitelist" the email address "notifications@filetransfers.net". This should ensure that notifications from your site are allowed through.
If someone is using a portal email such as "hotmail.com", "outlook.com" or "mac.com", their messages could also be blocked by the portal system. It's not enough to simply look in their spam/junk folder on their email client or phone. They may need to login online and check their spam/junk folder there. Instructions for doing this can be found below.
If the recipient is sure the notifications aren't be blocked by their system, email Support with the email addresses of the recipients who didn't receive the notification and the date sent and we will check our server logs to see if the message was generated as expected. Support contact info is available to Admins and Sub-admins in your site under Control Panel --> Support and Customer Service. Regular users should contact a site Admin who will forward to Support if needed.
